We want to live in the best cities in the world. “Best”, for us, means a space and community that enables us to become better every day. But we noticed that worldwide, new cities built since 1950 are disasters: many are boring, intellectually depressing, soul-crushing and ugly. There are many reasons for that. Here’s our recipe for better towns:
Each city project gathers residents around a specific intention. That’s because a founder’s intention for a new city impacts its success
Currently we’re planning a new town with the intention to enable the highest human need: self-actualisation for all its residents. A town for those who want to become the next best version of themselves. Would you live there?
Groups that achieve great results and break records have a common point: they self-curate. That’s true for athletic sports teams, but also for any intellectual group. It’s true for businesses, for research, for any group of people who want to achieve their goal
We’re applying this principle to the communities we create: if you’re deeply hungry for self-actualisation, you’ll be in a better place if everyone around you has that same drive. We perform to the level of the expectations that others have of us. Feeling down? Community brings you up, just by being itself. Doing great? Leverage the community to an exponential outcome
And aesthetics matter, right? We bring beauty back. Cayalá and Las Catalinas are charming. Those are newly built towns that provide security, calm, and a very enjoyable environment to live in
We apply the principles learnt from thousands of years of traditional urbanism and architecture, and we’ll build new cities that way. Beauty lifts everyone up
You get the mission. It’s super cool, but we’ve got no seats for dreamers. We’ve got visionaries already on board; we need the type of people who get things done to the highest standards. We’re in Central America, but there’s zero chill in our office. We’re in a hurry because we want to create something powerfully unique for humanity, and for our families. We don’t want to wait for decades to build great places to live in
The great news is that we’ve got the blueprints and methods to erect a new, gorgeous, high-quality city within 18 months. That doesn’t leave much room to sleep
